Centre for Climate Justice - Bangladesh (CCJ-B) is a non-governmental, non-profitable and non-political organization; which is registered in Bangladesh under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 (Act No. XXI of 1860) since 2012. In 2026, this organization got registration from the NGO Affairs Bureau of Bangladesh under the Foreign Donations (Voluntary Activities) Regulation Act, 2016 (Act No. 43 of 2016). Training and Capacity Building are within the main activities of this organization. CCJ-B is involved with comprehensive research works related to environment, natural resource management and climate change with particular focus on legal, institutional and policy issues at national, regional and international levels. Thus, this organization is working to promote climate justice through evidence-based policy approaches towards climate change regulatory regimes. CCJ-B has long experiences of capacity building initiatives.
