Roundtable Discussion on Advisory Opinion of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) on “Obligations of States in respect of Climate Change”

On 2nd August, 2025, the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC) organised a Roundtable Discussion on Advisory Opinion of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) on "Obligations of States in respect of Climate Change". Honorable Advisor of MoEFCC Syeda Rizwana Hasan was the Chief Guest of this event. It was chaired by honorable Secretary of MoEFCC Dr. Farhina Ahmed. The event was partnered by Centre for Climate Justice-Bangladesh (CCJ-B), Friendship, BRAC and Center for Participatory Research & Development (CPRD). The Director of CCJ-B Adv. M Hafijul Islam Khan was the keynote presenter of this event.
